itsToytastic is the on-line trading name for itsTOYtastic (referred to as 'itsToytastic//we/our/us).

Information in our  store may be changed or updated at any time without prior notice.

1. Description of products

1.1. We take all reasonable care to ensure all product details and descriptions are correct at the time when the item was listed.

2. Returns

2.1 If you wish to return an item please contact us within seven days from the day following receipt of your order. Contact should be made by email, telephone or in writing. The item should then be returned to us within fourteen days, in original perfect condition, unused and in the original sealed packaging, complete with tags where applicable. Return postage cost is to be paid by customer and is not refundable if the item is unwanted. It is advisable to obtain proof of posting as we cannot be held responsible for goods which do not arrive.

Faulty Items:- In the unlikely event of an item being faulty we will replace (subject to stock availability) If a replacement is not available a full refund will be processed.

4. Payment
Our accepted method of payment is Paypal, debit and credit cards via Paypal Gateway, we never share your information and your payment is made via secure Paypal checkout. Paypal account not required to make payment

5. Delivery of goods
We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address provided at the time you place your order. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted, usually same day if payment received before 3pm( working weekdays only)

We use various means of carriage for order fulfilment and some items may need to be signed for on delivery

Goods for delivery outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or customs charges. These charges are to be paid by the recipient on receipt of your item.
